A List of Social Issues in AmericaThe challenges of being an adult are many, and the list of social issues in America is long and often discouraging. The current presidential election is just one example of how our nation has become polarized between left and right, and not by reason or thinking in some of the more intelligent aspects of our nation.It seems like only recently, the list of social issues in America has begun to increase. When it was a left-leaning issue, there were no political groups of that stance. With more liberal ideals from a viewpoint that is hard to define, we have people of any stripe, religion, or color to feel comfortable in any way when they are uncomfortable with their surroundings.When political views are expressed in America on the right, it is considered to be conservative. When the views are expressed on the left, they are considered to be liberal. Often, we have issues in our country that bring everyone to the center and create a sense of fairness be damned. When that happens, the list of social issues in America just becomes so large and filled with those of strong viewpoints that our society can really only handle a few of them.I think there should be a list of social issues in America, but how can we get that started? I think with the growing number of Americans and the number of states within America, we can put together a list of social issues in America for each state. Then we can be able to look at how the different states are handling these issues and determine what needs to be done.The list of social issues in America can also be compared with the list of issues to put together for the different races within the United States. This would give us a broad view of issues and take out all of the left and right side. The goal is to get a good mix of everything to come up with a good list of social issues in America.No matter if it is mixed race, religion, or ethnicities, we have to find the common issues that these groups ca n get behind. You may not agree with everything that a person is saying and you may have some very strong opinions about many of the individuals who are making the political statement. It may take the better part of a year to start sorting through everything on a particular topic, but when a point is made, you cannot ignore it.I am not going to say that we should ignore the social issues, because I believe that they all have a part to play in helping our society as a whole. One of the best ways to handle social issues is to separate the individuals into their own topic or conversation and focus on the events and issues of the day that affect everyone in America. While we do have these issues and topics, we must remember that we are all individuals with our own beliefs and opinions on the things that we may not do.This is why I think having a list of social issues in America will be good for our nation. We can sort out what is important and what is not. Instead of letting these issue s dominate our national dialogue, we can look for solutions that work for everyone.
